Gastric bypass surgery is a serious thing, and it’s not to be taken lightly. There are many dangers of gastric bypass surgery in fact, not the least of which would be a mental breakdown. They put you through supposedly rigorous testing mentally speaking, because there is a tendency for some patients to actually stop going to counseling, which is also required, stop following a good diet, which should come with diet counseling, and then go crazy and basically eat and throw up and then eat more and throw up until they actually end up bursting the stitches.

Then there’s the fact that when you come out of surgery, you may develop serious and even life threatening infections or even for that matter die on the table. This is something that many think will never happen to them. I’ve fallen into this mentality before. But realistically, it could happen to anybody at any time, and then you get no results or benefits at all.

But the most common dangers of gastric bypass surgery include malnutrition. You are being cut down to extremely small servings and amounts per day. So naturally, if you don’t constantly regulate and plan every single meal, chances are you are going to miss out on some of the nutrients you need. They recommend that you have a good multivitamin. But part of the problem is actually that your stomach is less able to absorb the nutrients out of the food you do eat. So this can lead to severe side effects and problems associated with those deficiencies.

There are many dangers of gastric bypass surgery. They are not widely publicized, and even when they are, people for some reason seem to ignore them. But if you do this, you are taking a serious risk with your health and wellbeing, and frankly if you can find another way, it’s best to do just that.

If you are looking for fat burning pills, chances are you have been conditioned to think that you are looking for dangerous fat burning pills. You accept the side effects, you accept the dangers, you accept all the bad things that you don’t want to deal with. But in this new world, you don’t have to deal with dangerous fat burning pills, there are not always side effects to say the least.

If you are looking for safe fat burning pills, they may be harder to find. And frankly if you are drawn in by extreme names such as Liquid ClenbutRX, Stacker 3, or Xenadrine, you probably aren’t going to find anything good. As Hydroxycut has proven, there are plenty of old brands that never really change.

This being said, one of the best ways to go to avoid dangerous fat burning pills is to look into stimulant free weight loss pills in general. This will ideally speaking help you to lose more weight and achieve better results. But being stimulant free, the high majority are not actually prone to side effects. But this being said, there are also some that are not effective, and moreover, there are some that still somehow have side effects.

The key is to look for clinically proven options. There are plenty that actually can burn more fat without stimulants, and there are plenty that can otherwise give you benefits that would ideally speaking contribute to greater weight loss. It’s just a matter of actually finding them to get the right results you are looking for. In other words, check out the clinical studies.

Many diet pills now contain CLA or Conjugated linoleic acid, which when found in normal foods can be harmless. However with the increased amounts of CLA in the diet pills, it can cause serious health issues. CLA can increase the fat stored in your liver which can lead to permanent damage of the liver or liver failure. It also increases the resistance to insulin made in your body. This can lead to diabetes or a metabolic disease.

CLA increases the rates of oxidative stress, which is when your body is unable to detoxify your blood. There have been studies done which also show that CLA increases gallstone formation, increased risk for heart failure and heart problems, and the impairment of blood vessels. CLA is not approved by the FDA, and is still being heavily researched. There have not been many human clinical trials done on CLA due to the many adverse effects that have shown up in the research studies done on mice and rats.

Of the few human clinical studies that have been done most of the participants have had adverse reactions to CLA. Although there are many side effects of CLA there have been no noted or reported drug interactions.

If you can only eat one food on earth, choose the avocado. It’s not necessarily the best for weight loss, but it is at the same time in moderation. But in terms of pure content, the avocado is the most complete of any food I’ve ever seen before. Basically, it has all the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants of a fruit, vegetable, a superfruit in general. So that definitely works in your favor.

But in addition to that, it is one of the few plant based elements that actually comes with the good fats you need in your diet as well providing that greater balance. Unfortunately, you do actually need good fats to lose weight, making it understandably more complicated and confusing to say the least. But avocados obviously provide all of these things you need. With everything packed in there, unfortunately it is not considered a negative calorie food.

So you do have to count it in there with everything else. But at the same point in time with the nutritional value already provided, not being a negative calorie food is realistically not a horrible thing. You don’t want to eat too many with a normal diet that can include other foods of course. But it’s a fine balance.

But some still slip through the cracks. For starters, watch out for aristolochia fangchi. We believe that Chinese plants often are the safest, because the Chinese would know right? Well, ephedrine was also considered to be a “Chinese herb.” This particular plant causes toxicity in the kidneys and renal failure in Belgium, 100 cases in fact in 2000 and 2001 alone. For this reason, it has been banned in many countries, but of course you can’t really stop the internet. This is one of the newest ingredients to hit the dangerous market, but yet people still flock to it to some degree knowing exactly what it is. A similar ingredient in terms of side effects that ironically doesn’t promote weight loss is yohimbine.

I personally break up my workouts. It gives me greater results than I would by grouping it all together. I used to be in the habit of doing my running and walking my dog in a row, both providing some level of workout depending on how hard I pushed myself. But it seemed like I was always plateauing off. They say that you should in general terms break your workouts apart into smaller elements throughout the day.

So while I still have longer workouts of both types, I use them during separate times of the day. I run in the morning, which actually gets your metabolism going for the rest of the day, who knew right, I thought before that was what breakfast was supposed to do. But yes, it actually gets your metabolism going too. Then I walk my dog later in the evenings. I’ve found that this actually promotes easier maintenance, I feel less tired in general, and when I’m trying to lose a few pounds, they come off a lot easier than they would have before. So this is my lesson in life, just break it apart a little. It gives your body time to recover in between rather than just stopping or slowing down. After all, in any given workout, you get your best burning in the first 30 minutes or so.

But I realized a while ago that during that time, the few foods I did pick were really cheap and yet healthier. I wasn’t starving by any means. But I was skinnier, because the foods were extremely healthy. You may not think about it. But especially if you can go to Costco or something, which I did using a friend’s card or family member’s card, fruits and vegetables are cheaper. Even now, when things are more expensive than they were then, I could go out today and get a whole pack of romaine hearts for about $4 or $1 a piece. So while I’m no longer as poor as I used to be, maybe it’s time to start eating like that again, because obviously it wasn’t such a bad thing.
