<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">So while I still have longer workouts of both types, I use them during separate times of the day.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>I run in the morning, which actually gets your metabolism going for the rest of the day, who knew right, I thought before that was what breakfast was supposed to do.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>But yes, it actually gets your metabolism going too.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Then I walk my dog later in the evenings.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>I’ve found that this actually promotes easier maintenance, I feel less tired in general, and when I’m trying to lose a few pounds, they come off a lot easier than they would have before.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>So this is my lesson in life, just break it apart a little.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>It gives your body time to recover in between rather than just stopping or slowing down.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>After all, in any given workout, you get your best burning in the first 30 minutes or so.</span></p>
